Meet the Director

My name is Tara Ryan and I have been employed here at the centre since February 2017. I am married and have three children – two adults and one primary school age.

I have extensive experience in Early Childhood Education and Care environments which stems back many years. I have previously owned two of my own centres, and prior to starting here, was the National Manager of Children’s Services for an RTO, where I developed training materials and programs for both the Diploma and Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care qualifications.

I believe the care environment should be an extension of home, a place where children feel safe, secure and supported to explore and learn. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with families is important and by working together we can provide the best outcomes for each child.

I really enjoy being in a Director role, and I love being part of this community, working alongside some amazing and passionate educators.
