When I knew that I would be starting back at work, I researched Child Care Centres in the Western Suburbs close to where we live. I spoke to friends who have children enrolled at Kidman Park Community Children’s Centre and they highly recommended that I contact them about availability. When I contacted the Centre, they invited me to do a tour and gave me an enrolment form to complete along with their Family Handbook. As soon as I entered the Centre I was immediately impressed with the space in the rooms and outdoor play areas. There was plenty of natural light, the rooms were clean and had loads of interesting toys and activities, and the sleeping area in the Nursery was split over two rooms which could be blacked out for noise and light (as my child likes quiet sleeping conditions). The Centre provides healthy meal options made onsite daily, and could cater for my child with dietary requirements. Since enrolling my first child, I have had another, and felt completely at ease when I took her in for her first day (no tears) as she was allocated the same primary care giver as my first child. The carers are now like family to us. I would highly recommend Kidman Park Community Children’s Centre to my family, friends and others looking for a childcare centre in the Western Suburbs.
I have utilised this centre for all 3 of my children over the past 6 years and have to say have been extremely happy with the quality of care my children received.
The staff are all wonderful and made us feel comfortable leaving our children with them.
It’s nice to see our fee’s being used to upgrade the centre and facilities for the children.
We will really miss being part of this community as our children have now moved on to school.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for care in a smaller centre with a homely feel.
Both of our children have attended KPCC over the last 6 years. Since day 1, we have felt confident and comfortable leaving our girls, knowing they will be cared for and lean in an environment which is like a home away from home. From the moment you walk in the door, all staff are friendly and approachable and genuinely take an interest in our child and her development.
We highly recommend KPCC to all our family and friends and would recommend the centre to anyone looking for a centre in the area.
